Ether offers delicious gourmet conference catering menus for a range of occasions including conferences, working lunches and cocktail parties. Our cuisine is both tasty and healthy, and our shared lunch concepts are great for encouraging conversation whilst networking. 

Breakfast

Start your day right, and opt for a healthy grazing, continental or plated breakfast with delectable muffins, pastries and cereals. Don't forget piping-hot T2 teas or Nespresso coffee to kick-start the day.

Break

At morning and afternoon tea breaks, you will love our premium range of T2 teas and quality Nespresso coffees. These can be accompanied by a variety of sweet options, seasonal fruit platters or other delights.

When it comes to snacking, our unique and popular Snack Stations allows every individual to choose their own in-room snacks throughout the day, whether it's jelly beans for a sugar hit, tasty smoked nuts or simply refreshing mints.

Working Lunch

Choose from a delicious selection of gourmet working lunches, from tasty sandwiches to delicious hot dishes and divine desserts. All dietary requirements can be catered for (when advised in advance), from vegetarian to gluten-free preferences.

Shared-Lunch

When it comes to midday our shared lunch concepts, served in our contemporary restaurant The Louden Kitchen & Grill, are great for encouraging conversation and interaction. A shared lunch helps delegates get to know each other better whilst sitting together at a long table and sharing platters of beautifully presented dishes.

Lunch or Dinner

Wine and dine with our exquisite buffet menu options or 2 or 3 course sit-down meals. A wide variety of dishes are available, and menus can be requested for consideration.

After a busy day of conferencing, wind down in Cocoon Bar. Enjoy relaxed social drinks or even choose to take your delegates through a fabulous guided wine tasting session in this stylish haven.
